Plent collects reviews via Webwinkelkeur and in the webshop itself. After an order has been completed, the customer will receive an automatic email invitation via Webwinkelkeur to post a shop review and product reviews for the products that have been ordered. Webwinkelkeur is an independent party for collecting customer reviews.

Guidelines for reviews
In order to display our reviews as reliably and transparently as possible, we ask you to please respect our guidelines.
You can leave a review when you had a service and/or buying experience with our company.
With your review you can share your experience with others and give feedback to our team. It doesn't matter what your experience was like, it's important for us to see if there are any improvements that can be made.
Please, only leave reviews based on an experience that happened within the last 12 months. In this way, the reviews are relevant to users and they get a better picture of how we are currently performing.
It is not allowed to post a review in exchange for a reward, such as a discount, loyalty points, gifts and other rewards. If you are offered a reward, you can notify us by sending an email to [email protected].
It is not allowed to write fake reviews or write a review on behalf of someone else.
If you work for, or are closely associated with, a competitor of our company, you are not allowed to rate our company.
Writing a review in exchange for a reward is not allowed.
Keep any documentation of your experience with our company so that we can serve you better and faster, if necessary. For documentation, for example, think of an e-mail, an order confirmation or a screenshot of the chat conversation with customer service.
We think it is important to be respectful towards each other. So keep kind and civil. Don't share anything that is harmful, hateful, discriminatory, defamatory or obscene. Don't lie, don't intimidate, don't blackmail, don't threaten anyone or do anything illegal.
We recommend that you first contact us if you have any complaints by sending an email to [email protected]. If this does not result in a solution acceptable to you, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur.
Within the context of reviews, we see this as follows: We give all consumers the opportunity to share their experiences — both positive and negative — but we also have the authority to remove content that mistakenly can damage our reputation.
The best reviews give a good description of the overall experience and let readers draw their own conclusions.

Keep your feedback relevant. You are not supposed to advertise other companies or products in your reviews. Moreover, we are not a marketplace, dating site or advertising platform.
Reviews are publicly visible. Therefore, it is not a good idea to reveal any personal or sensitive information about yourself, and it is never allowed to disclose such information about others.
Private information includes names, telephone numbers, addresses, e-mail addresses and any information that can be used to track down, identify, contact or impersonate someone.
We want everyone's privacy and security to be respected and protected on our webshop.
Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that we receive a review that is not intended for us. This is especially annoying if it concerns a negative review, as you probably can imagine. So please check whether your review is really intended for our company and/or product.
When you have left a review via Webwinkelkeur, you have received an email to verify the review. It also contains a link to view the review again. This way you can still adjust the review.
You can edit or delete product reviews that you have left in our webshop in your customer account.
Freedom of expression is an important fundamental right, but there are limits. Depending on where the review has been placed (in our webshop or on Webwinkelkeur), we or Webwinkelkeur respectively are responsible for the next steps to be followed.
What might those next steps entail?
If someone reports your review for violating the guidelines, your review may be temporarily taken offline and you will be prompted to make the necessary adjustments. You are thus offered the opportunity to adjust your review in accordance with the guidelines, so that it can remain.
However, if it concerns a serious violation of the guidelines or misuse of our webshop, your reviews — and even your account — may be deleted. Deleting your account will also automatically delete all your reviews.
